The studios are situated in a quiet and away from any noise area, just 1000 meters from the island's port; it is, though, very close to all the needed facilities such as super market, pharmacy, various shops, the bus stop, etc. They are 1000 meters away from the Papikinos beach and just 20 meters away from a thermal spa.

They come with a fully equipped kitchen so as to make breakfast or a meal, a refrigerator, a kettle, small oven, a 22' flat TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, hair drier, safety deposit box, a bathroom and large balconies. They also have queen size built-in beds, ideal for couples, but also for a three party families. The area outside the studios is beautifully arranged and they also have private parking spaces.
